We have very exciting news.

We have been creating a professional virtual platform that we will be streaming live from starting Saturday May 23rd.

Our weekly live offerings will now be streamed from the Space using state of the art virtual streaming software, bringing you an at home experience unlike ever before.

We will no longer be streaming live to facebook! The new platform utilized Mindbody’s new Live stream feature.
The biggest thing that will change with this is you will be required to sign up for the class you wish to attend! Mindbody creates a roster through signing up, and the people on the roster will be emailed the link of the class at the time of. This is how you access it! Having an accessible email on file is essential.
We will continue offering this content for free while we work out the kinks.
You can access sign up through the Mindbody Client app or their online database.
You will need to sign up no later than 30 minutes prior to the class time to receive the link for the class.
Our plan is to record the classes and have them accessible in our Mindbody video on demand library. You can access this here.
