While we wait and we move from home, we wanted to give you some ideas on how to set your Space.

  4. Sound

    Music is one of the essentials to our at home practice. We recommend two modes of listening : A bluetooth speaker or headphones.

    We love the Bose SoundLink as its portable and sounds AMAZING.

    Or AirPods are a great option perfect to keep you in the zone and moving without the hassle of headphone cords!

  5. Journal

    A lot of mental processing happens during movement and we love to have a journal handy to collect the things we are exploring mentally. Get a journal that’s small enough to slip in your gym back and keep next to your mat. We like this one : click here.
