Stay a little longer.

We enter the season where time allows us to dwell with ease, groundedness, vibrancy.

May provides us a new awakened seeing of the seasons we are living through. It feels as is our eyes suddenly open— the grass is plush, the flowers are blooming, the trees once again have leaves, maybe you’re spending more time outside, there’s a warmth that begins to creep in. It all gives a sense of grounding.

Everything that has been working hard to become again after the dead of winter, is now vibrant and visible. We get to embody it all a sudden. There is new momentum that we see, so we begin to shift as well. New wind under our wings, we look for new ways to experience something that feels fresh. Feels revamped. Renewed. Just like our environment.

It’s tangible and it’s beautiful.

While new momentum that feels rejuvenated is wholesome and empowering, don’t forget the groundedness that was there first. We are only able to see what we allow ourselves to see, to feel what we allow ourselves to feel. we can only know as much as we lean in to know.

Just like in the beautiful practice we share in the four walls at The Space— it begins grounded, intensity, momentum builds, the mind steps in, pulls us out of our body, and we practice over and over again bringing ourselves back to the groundedness. The place we want to return to is the place we began. We learn to navigate and return. To explore, support, and land.

Stay a little longer.

For fitness facilities, we slow in the warmer months. As The Space is not just based around movement, we want to remind you. To keep taking care of what’s inside of you. If you’re not nourishing yourself on your mat, where will you continue? Where will you practice the process at instead? Maybe stay with us a little longer. Sticking with your connection you’ve created, remaining consistent. Intentional. Showing up no matter what season. Remain steady in the pursuit of care for you. Keep returning to you.

We love you so much.


We love a good tool chest at The Space. Knowings you can call upon in your journey, to extend yourself grace, love, compassion— whatever you need, when you need it in this journey of awareness.

We have launched The Session. A new platform within Space that is a deeper dive into self-awareness, personal to you, uncovering your patterns, your magic, and the way forward.
