turning over

September brings beautiful change all around us.
As the seasons change, we love to pause and reflect.
Where have you been? What has brought you to here?
Your path is divine and you are living your journey that was created for you.

Sometimes we forget that we are alive and well.
That our current versions are versions we used to pray and wish for.
That we have been cultivated and we are in progress and we are on our way,

but to stop and see is one of the greatest gifts we can offer ourselves.

Pause to see how far you have come.

Katie Mann has been leading a few classes with MSU girls this summer! We love the CHAARG philosophy! Movement should be fun, not a chore. It should be liberating! Katie Mann brings the PERFECT energy for it!

U N I O N

We were able to hold space and raise funds for the Robbins family on Labor day. The Robbins family recently lost husband and father Dave Robbins. Our Space community donated over $1300 to this family, and we are blown away by your generosity. We love partnering with you so much to wrap around a family, a cause, a mission. We are better together. And we are not us without you.

Thank you.

Take a moment to watch and to feel it:

Created to show the experience that is The Space. We show up on our mats to see ourselves. To build intensity, to arrive into what we feel, think, all that is real to us. We move through it. And all along, we a part of something much larger than us. The Collective. This is the Space.

In this 90-minute workshop you will have the opportunity to connect with deeper parts of your own expression. We will work to release any stagnant energy held in the body, while maintaining a nourishing environment for your own exploration.

Embodiment is the practice of going beyond words and complicated thoughts and using your body as a channel of communication. Becoming fully aware of your emotions, your power, and your inner radiance by expressing it. The Embodied Woman Workshop is sure to remind you of your own divinity as a woman. We will move through a structure of meditation, reflection, movement and dance, vocal activation, and breath-work together.

You can expect to Create, Heal, Feel, Reclaim, and deeply Connect during this experience!

"Live as your fullest expression".

CLEAN IT UP

Shift your space with Liv Monte

“We always think about Spring Cleaning,
but what about Autumn Cleaning!?

As the seasons shift, it feels real good to take a moment to set new intentions in what holds space in your space.”

Throughout the Summer season, we gather, we spend more time outside of our homes, and as the season changes, I love to touch base with my sanctuary. A home that is ready to receive me as we begin to turn inward. While I tend to gravitate towards a more minimalist style, I love the transition to the colder seasons as it gives way to make things COZY.

Extra throw pillows, extra throw blankets, more books out in the open to aid in hibernation season. Maybe swapping out a picture or two throughout my home that has warmer, deeper colors in it. I love to try a new incense or oil in the diffuser, one that I don’t use in summer. I love more grounding scents in my home like Vetiver, patchouli or basil. Not as much citrus like the summer!

Check in on your baseboards and trim around your doors. I have been rediscovering and obsessed with Magic Erasers!!! Scrubbing the baseboards and trim, the structure and the doors that all goes in and comes out of. Welcoming new energy and clearing out the old energy. It’s all so important as we move from one season to the next.

Whether you’re bringing new things into your space as your shift, or you’re literally picking things off your shelves and dusting them for the first time in forever, putting it back in the same place or finding a new way — a small shift in your space creates a big shift in energy. A home should feel like a landing place.

We love you so much, thanks for being here with us.
