Teaching children mindfulness is the cure to the withdrawn generation. To get them off devices and into their bodies is a tool they are never too young to learn!
We’ve got a very special 5 week program we are so excited to offer to your kiddos this November. Come to one, come for all— this program was created to give kids a new avenue to greater knowledge of self, body awareness, and (tis the season!) gratitude.

Meet Sarah Hively.
Sarah Hively is taking over and leading this series! She is a children’s & adolescent mental health professional with specialized training in trauma-informed, children’s, and teen yoga. She graduated from The Space’s 6 week intensive YTT in July. She is incredible with children and has a driving passion behind teaching mindfulness early and giving children a foundation to care for themselves as they grow. You will love her!

Drop in : $10
We ask that you sign your child up for all weeks they are able to attend asap so we can have a headcount. Please sign yourself up on Mindbody, and sign the waiver for your children at drop off. You can find the sign up under “Enrollments”. Please drop child off 15 minutes prior and pick up promptly at 1:30.
Once signed up, you will be added to a private FB group to stay in touch with what each week will hold! Building a community through connection. The goal of these workshops is to give your children an opportunity to explore the mat through the movement of yoga, while teaching themselves more about who they are and how to be proud in that space.
