What does it mean to Manifest?

What’s your relationship with the word?

Do you believe it’s in your power to call the life you have dream of forward?

Manifesting has so much more to do with what you believe you can receive than just asking for your wildest dreams.

Do you believe in it?

What have you held on to that limits your capacity to receive? This begins so early in life. We learn what we can hold, or what we think we can hold. We forget that we get to choose. That this life will offer us what we open ourselves up to.

What are the limits that were placed on you that you did not commit to?

Align with your highest self. What do they want? What do they need?
What will it take to break beyond, and lean into the abyss of the beyond?

The potential for your one precious life?

This month is dedicated to Manifesting.

Learn a new Manifesting practice :

Our monthly Intention Workshop led by Kelli and Olivia McMullen is a connective and immersive women’s gathering. March’s offering is all about MANIFESTING. The art of asking for what you want, and preparing your body to receive it. We will talk about the science behind manifesting and guide you in setting up and receiving what you desire.

Olivia and Kelli are passionate to walk beside you through the beginning of each month to create a more conscious life.

International Women’s Month

The month of March is special to us. We are Women founded, Woman owned, Women ran. We believe in GIRL POWER.


Pigeon Pose

You’ve heard about it, you’ve probably done it. You might have cried too— it’s all part of it.

Pigeon pose is a grounding pose that opens the hips and releases tension in the low back.

FROM DOWN DOG :

  1. Lift the right leg, draw your right knee towards your right elbow, sliding it down to the right wrist, setting it on the floor.

  2. Inhale, lift the chest, opening the heart, gaze up, exhale as you fold forward allowing the body to release into the forearms.

  3. Finding a steady balance to land in the midline of the body. focusing on leaning more towards the left hip, but again, working towards a midline surrender.

  4. Hold for at least 10 full rounds of breath.

  5. Inhale lift the heart, press through the palms, into down dog, and repeat on the Left side.

The body tends to store unprocessed emotions in the hips, this might be why you’ve cried after holding this pose for several minutes. As you surrender and soften, asking your heart to reveal whats stored, can you send your breath into it. Let yourself feel and release.
