More about our Class Offerings.
We offer a versatile basis of movement where there is something for everyone. Our class formats have been curated out of inspiration pulled from many sects of movement. We find release through incorporating elements of traditional power vinyasa, HIIT and cardio, body weight exercises, Osho dynamic meditation, and then we restore with elements of Yin, and slow elongating Hatha yoga. Our classes are all so unique to give the participant exactly what they need that day. Each class holds space for modification, and for each attendee to put in what they can. No judgment space, just an opportunity for you to meet yourself for one hour.
These are our 4 Signature styles of class offerings :
The Release
The Release is our all-inclusive, built for all yogis and fitness fanatics alike to find release! You'll find opportunities to flow on your own as well as time to stay together with the tribe. This class incorporates vinyasa, meditation, voice release, interval training, body weight work, core movement, and slower Hatha stretching. All levels of experience are welcome to move with us and can modify or intensify as needed. This might be seen as the hardest class in essence, but it holds the most space to put in what you can. Each instructor at the Space has a special quality to their teaching and will add a certain uniqueness to the Release!

Heated Class with forced air and infrared panels
The Fusion
Find the perfect combination of intensity and restoration in one session at the Space with the Fusion. This class involves simple Vinyasa flows, intentional movement/body work, core work, meditation, Hatha style yoga and holding poses. The instructors at the Space will help you to learn the ancient healing practice of linking your breathing to your body's movement. Through this class you are guided in the rise and fall created within the body through building intensity, and then flushing it through the body. The Fusion is a fun class for all levels!

The Strength
Through this carefully designed class, our instructors will empower you to train intensely through the workout and help you realize just how strong your body is! You'll experience challenging cardio and HIIT moves with your own body weight as well as weights and bands. the Strength is a great option for intermediate-advanced experienced tribe members, but just like the Release class, there is always room to modify to honor your body. You will tap into a Strength you didn’t know you had.

Non-Heated
The Calm
Discover full body, active recovery in the form of this calming blend of Hatha + yin yoga style class. Grounded warm up to connect breath to movement and then guided exploration of lengthening and expanding poses. This class is an opportunity to actively recover. Landing into muscle elongating Yin yoga. No flowing on your own. Good for all levels.

Our classes each have their own unique components required, but each instructor leads through their own expression. You will have a different experience each time you come, being led through a variety of movements while being taken on a reflective journey.
